ku89 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ku89 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the ku89.cam website, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh.

1.2 Definitions

• The member is responsible for all activity that takes place on the account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ku89 may request documents at any time to verify a member's identity, address or payment method. We reserve the right to restrict withdrawals or other services until verification is complete. All submitted documents are stored securely and used only for verification purposes.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.
• Deposit processing time depends on the payment method chosen.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• ku89 may place unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests on hold for investigation.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance require the wagering requirement to be met.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, ku89's set exchange rate will apply and related charges may be deducted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the bonus amount must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. To receive the bonus, the applicable promotion code or bonus option must be selected at the time of deposit.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled automatically once the period expires.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; they become withdrawable after the set wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in the account being cancelled.
• ku89 reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.
• If manipulation or misuse of bonuses is detected, all related funds will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

ku89's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to a higher tier based on regular play and transactions:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

ku89 reserves the right to change VIP tiers and benefits without prior notice.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on ku89 are operated by third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and other established providers. Each game has its own rules, and it is the member's responsibility to read them before starting a game.

6.2 Results and Technical Errors

• All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• If the connection is lost, the game result will be saved on the server and can be viewed upon reconnecting.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering.

ku89 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

11.2 Member's Rights

Any member may request to close their account at any time. All valid balances should be withdrawn before closing the account. Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be returned upon the member's request, however bonus funds will be forfeited.
